Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options only through NZ Post. The shipping rates may vary based on the weight of your package and the shipping destination.

3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

5. Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery time depends on the load on NZ Post at the time of ordering, and is out of our control. An estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks can be expected.

6. Shipping Delays: In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

8. Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
